We were excited to bring Asahi’s product portfolio to life through a bold new series of ads, created in collaboration with director Jacob Hopewell.
We delivered distinctive assets designed to resonate with both Western and Eastern audiences, featuring an all-Asian cast to remain authentic to the brand’s origins and heritage.
This marked the first time Asahi’s unique product story was told through a comprehensive suite of AV and social assets within this new brand world. We produced a series of 15” films, alongside 6” product cut-downs, spanning all products and markets. Each film combined striking, cinematic beer visuals with occasion-based storytelling to showcase the brand in real, celebratory moments.
The production was built around a mix of interior and exterior locations—from bars and restaurants to rooftops and garden settings. Each piece was designed to feel dynamic and fluid, moving seamlessly from close, enticing details of the beer itself into moments of enjoyment and shared celebration. Working with Jacob, we crafted continuous, flowing shots using a gorilla arm, creating films that feel vibrant, relatable and alive, while maintaining a premium, elevated aesthetic throughout.
