A translation literally meaning "wrong negroni", so-called as the first one was made by a bartender in error when he reached for prosecco instead of gin when making a negroni. A Negroni Sbagliato traditionally leaves out the gin but we have thrown it in alongside for good measure. We end up with a less hardcore version of a negroni but a longer and more refreshing version.
A handful of ice cubes
A splash of soda water
1 slice of orange
1 Fill a small tumbler to the top with ice. Pour over the Campari, followed by the gin and prosecco.
2 Stir once or twice and serve with a slice of orange zest (pith removed) and a splash of soda water.
